Steven R. Paisner focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, union elections, unfair labor practice proceedings, employment discrimination litigation, employment agreements, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, OSHA and wage and hour issues.

Mr. Paisner has served as lead negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of many public and private sector clients. He has conducted dozens of successful union representation elections on behalf of management and has participated in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and various state agencies. He also counsels companies on compliance issues, including sexual harassment investigations, plant closures, discipline and terminations.

Before opening Paisner Litvin Hauser, Mr. Paisner was with the Philadelphia law firms of Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling and Pepper Hamilton. He is a cum laude graduate of Temple School of Law, where he was on the Temple Law Review, and holds a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Fels Institute of Government. Mr. Paisner is a former speechwriter for U.S. Senator Arlen Specter and has been involved in several political campaigns.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
