Ms. Kinkopf concentrates her practice on labor and employment and general litigation matters. Prior to joining Paisner Litvin, Ms. Kinkopf served as general counsel for a medical imaging company, where she oversaw litigation matters, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Ms. Kinkopf was also an attorney in the Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Group of a large Philadelphia law firm.

Ms. Kinkopf has ten years experience advising clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation allegations, wage and hour, drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and non-competition agreements, protection of trade secrets and union avoidance. Ms. Kinkopf has provided day-to-day counseling and training to clients on various employment matters, including hiring, discipline, termination, sexual harassment avoidance and investigation of claims of discrimination and/or retaliation. Ms. Kinkopf has also represented employers and executives in administrative agencies, arbitrations and courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including the EEOC, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Rights, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal, Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts and New Jersey trial and appellate courts.

Ms. Kinkopf has also represented and counseled clients in general business and litigation matters, including lease disputes, franchise issues, defamation, unfair competition, anti-trust and general torts. As general counsel, Ms. Kinkopf oversaw day-to-day business activities, provided counsel regarding complex regulatory matters; drafted and reviewed contracts and leases; and negotiated with vendors and landlords.

Ms. Kinkopf graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law where she served on the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. She holds a bachelors degree from California State University Fullerton. Ms. Kinkopf is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
